This fun and informal run group meet twice a week, on Sunday at 9am as part of Sunday Active and on Thursday evenings at 6:30pm.
The sessions last 45 – 60 minutes and are led by qualified run leaders.
We meet at the Castle Hill Community Centre, and then either we head out for a 5km run, or to the park for some fun activities which will help us to develop as runners. We cater for all speeds and abilities.

At least once a year we run a ‘couch to 5km’ course – contact us for details of the next course.
